I’m Abby McCullar, and I started Cullman Cleaning Co. in 2019 with a simple passion: serving others and bringing joy through clean, organized spaces. Since then, our little family-owned business has been truly blessed to serve families across Cullman and the surrounding areas — and we’re honored to have been voted Cullman Times Best Cleaning Service six years in a row!

To schedule an appointment, simply head over to our “Contact Us” tab and fill out our quick questionnaire — or call/text us at 256-735-3475. For the fastest response, we recommend sending a text since we don’t have a full-time office staff.

Absolutely! We are licensed and insured. Your home, family, and trust mean everything to us, and we believe in doing business the right way — with professionalism, accountability, and care.

At Cullman Cleaning Co., we believe in flexibility and trust, not long-term contracts. Most of our clients love the convenience of recurring cleanings, but you’re never locked in — you can cancel at any time. Out of respect for our team’s schedule, we kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cullman Cleaning Co. provides all of the cleaning products and supplies necessary to care for your home. To maintain proper sanitation and efficiency, we do ask clients to provide a toilet brush, a vacuum, and, if needed, a step stool.

For your convenience, payment is due the day of service. We offer two secure methods of payment: Venmo and Jobber, our card invoicing system. Following each cleaning, you’ll receive a text message with a secure link to pay by card. You can also save a card on file for future cleanings and even tip your cleaner directly through this system. To keep things simple and consistent, we do not accept cash or checks at this time.

We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. To be sure we see your message in time, please call or send us a text at 256-735-3475. This ensures we can adjust our schedule promptly and serve other clients.

If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the service fee will be due. If the cancellation occurs on the same day of service, the full amount will be charged. We sincerely understand that emergencies and last-minute changes occur, but maintaining this policy ensures that our cleaners — whose schedules and income depend on each appointment — are fairly protected.

Getting the Most Out of Your Cleaning
At Cullman Cleaning Co., our goal is to give you the very best results every time we visit your home. To help us do that, we kindly ask for a little preparation before your scheduled cleaning:A quick pickup throughout the home so our team can focus on cleaning instead of tidying.
Dishes placed in the dishwasher or put away.
Fragile or valuable items stored in a safe spot.
Pets secured for everyone’s safety and comfort.
These small steps allow us to spend more time deep cleaning and less time moving items around. If a home isn’t ready when we arrive, we may need to reschedule the appointment, which could result in a same-day cancellation fee.
For everyone’s health and safety, please note that we are unable to clean up animal feces, urine, blood, mold, or other hazardous materials.

You’re not required to be home during your cleaning. While we’re happy to clean with you there, we’ve found it’s often easiest for both clients and our team when the home is empty — it gives us the freedom to move through the house more efficiently. Still, the choice is completely yours!

We love pets, and they’re always welcome as long as they are friendly! 🐾 If your pet shows signs of aggression, please be mindful of this when scheduling and make proper arrangements, such as using a kennel or having a pet sitter during your cleaning.
For the safety of our team, we do not clean up any feces or hazardous materials, as this is outside of our scope of service.
If you’d like us to know anything specific about your pet (for example: “dog is nervous around the vacuum” or “cat stays in the bedroom”), just let us know! We’ll add those notes to your appointment so our cleaners are fully informed and your pets stay comfortable.

It’s always our heart to create consistency and trust with our clients. We do our best to schedule the same cleaner for each visit, allowing you to get to know and feel comfortable with the person in your home. While there may be times when a different team member steps in due to scheduling, our priority is keeping your home traffic to a minimum and your experience as comfortable as possible.
